I first came online in 2002 and quickly realized the power that the Internet offered to access places and information from the four corners of the globe.

After learning the aspects of web creation and design, I went on to learn the behind the scenes technical skills related to website hosting and management. This included the processes involved in web hosting and web server management.

Starting in 2006, I began to offer technical support and services to online marketers. This involved creating and installing websites, setting up web hosting accounts, managing Web servers, providing technical support and all that was related to maintaining an online business.

Through this process, I had the opportunity to work with some of the top Internet marketers that are out there today. In providing technical services to them, I got to look behind the scenes of how a successful online business is set up and run.

This included the different means for traffic generation to a site, developing means to capture visitor information and use e-mail marketing to promote products and services, installing and setting up sales processing and affiliate management software, different techniques to launch and promote new products and services in ways to streamline the customer support process.

In 2011, I decided to devote his time and expertise to helping small and medium-size local businesses to leverage the technology and power of the Internet to maximize the exposure of their business in the ever-growing global marketplace.
